Facilities are everywhere and room service is super good.

Right in front of the sea and it has direct access to the beach.

Beautiful view of the Black Sea. Conveniently attached to restaurants and grocery store. We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean.

Kind front desk staff but the supervisor and the manager are the worst

Nasty, a lot of insects in the room, Ants all over the bed, I stayed for four days but unfortunately they didn’t make up the room never they just organized bed, bad smell, old furniture,

- Check in staff has very bad attitude, it’s easy for him to said i will cancel your reservation just as i told him give me same apartment that i was booked! Really awful receptionist - when you need any services you will wait long time.- one of baths has no fan.

Spacious room with nice see view in addition to super market, cafe and dessert shop, and pizza store below the hotel.

20 m7nutes driving toTrabzon center , but the good other issues compensate for the distance.

the sound isolation of the room is not good, we canhear the chair moving all fhe noght in restaurant upstairs, there is no ac c control in the room and it was cold

Nice hotel but lacks of the following: - The team needs an active team that knows how to deal with and respect the hotel guests - The number of employees is very small and you do not find quick help if you ask for it - The air conditioning in the apartment was disconnected from time to time and on a daily basis

I with my family really liked our stay in this hotel and Trabzon also. Really big and clean rooms, bigger than average hotel rooms in Turkey. I recommend this hotel! ??

Nothing in compare with being 4 stars hotel

The staff were too rude and disrespectful. They have shown us a room which was too noisy with broken windows, when we refused to accept they simply said cancel your reservation and there wont be any refund!! The breakfast quality was the worst with the cheapest possible materials, old breads and lowest possible quality!!!!Small bed (140*200) which literally was not possible to fit a couple !!! In general I am wondering how it is possible that this is 4 stars hotel!!!!!!

The rooms are big and comfortable enough and its clean as well. The sea view from the room is also very good.

Hotel checkin time is 2pm and they allow you to checkin exactly at 2 even if you arrive early after a long flight,they dont care. Even though they had plenty of rooms available, they didn’t allow checking Staff were least interested in any of your concern. No options for food and shopping nearby. Break fast was just ok.

Everything was perfect specially Mr. Othman and he is so supportive and helping us with good Arabic speaking

Very bad experience!

We stayed with no AC for 2 nights, noise come all night long from the reception workers, rooms were not ready the two times we checked in , they gave us an apartment with a broken toilet that was locked , at the time of check out there were no employees in the counter, no tissues or water were brought to the room in our 5 nights stay, we found a condom next to the bed rooms were not clean.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big, there's a pizza place and a mini market downstairs, and a coffee shop. A small town nearby if you need a pharmacy or something the hotel doesn't provide.

If you are going to spend your stay in Trabzon or in Rize, then the location might be an issue. It's not in Trabzon, and it's not in Rize, it's in the middle.

Only Osman, the super multi-tasking with a wonderful smile, was the only and the best thing in that hotel.

Nothing related at all to the 4 stars rating criteria worldwide from facilities to professionalty of staff to any welcoming attitude. Lack of hygiene in housekeeping and miserable breakfast. Waiting for more than half an hour to find someone take your order and another half an hour to take your poor omelet. There is no variety at all in breakfast it is a scam. The staff ate so lazy and careless. When checking out, we tried to prove for them for half an hour that they needed to charge us our dinner money because we didn't pay last night, and they can't find any record. At the the end finally they found it and they charged us the money. We suppose not to run after their rights it is so funny.The most miserable thing is the lack of communication due to the poor language. I suffered a lot at the beginning to confirm my booking and paid a lot of international calls.I am not recommending that hotel. According to my experience, that facility does not deserve to be classified as a hotel at all.Only wonderful Osman was the bright part there.

The inner design and the facilities were very good , nice and clean hotel .

Pricey for rooms that have views .

This facility has the potential to be a 5-star hotel with its amazing amenities, superb location, and breathtaking room views. However, it's run by rude, unprofessional, and untrained staff. This poor management turned our stay into a nightmare. We couldn't enjoy any of the wonderful facilities due to their treatment, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable in every possible way. The system seems to be designed to ignore guests until they lose patience. Unless you repeatedly ask and fight for what you want, you won't get it. Checking in was also a nightmare. They tried to make us pay more for an upgraded room by showing us the worst room versus the best suite. I had to insist on getting the room I booked, which took over 40 minutes. We were tired, and the kids were all over the place. It was incredibly frustrating, and the memory of that horrible check-in process still makes my blood boil. The only two staff members that deserve praise are Othman and Gõkdeniz. They have great potential but are unfortunately in the wrong place.

I don't know where to begin. The AC didn't function well; I woke up sweating every night because it's controlled by the hotel, fixed at 22°C, and switched off multiple times nightly. Despite booking the room for 2 adults and 2 kids, room service only provided 2 towels each time they cleaned!!! The sofabed had no covers, sheets, or pillows, and when we requested them, it took them 3 hours to get 2 pillows and a blanket without a cover. The safe box didn't work for three nights and was only fixed on the fourth day after numerous complaints. There was a terrible foul odor from the bathroom sink. The TV volume was set too low (by the hotel) and we were unable to adjust it. The hallways often smelled like garbage.. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen at a hotel—limited food selection, bad taste, and empty bowls that weren't refilled. I could go on and on and on, but I'll just stop here. I bet this hotel will likely loose all its stars if it doesn't improve its service quality SOON. Terrible experience.
